quick Lighting question for you CFL Pros

Greetings RIU, first post. been lurking for a while now. I don't have a journal started. I'm not too comfortable posting pics on the internet.

I'm running a stealth bubbleponics 6 site starter setup with an extra air stone and pump, in a 64"(h)x31"(w)x26"(d) cabinet wrapped in black and white poly.

I have 3 Nirvana feminized white rhino's and 3 bag seed going. The white rhinos are 2 weeks old and the bag seed is a week younger.. They all are looking good.

I have three, 4 bulb fixtures with Y splitters in each socket giving me 24 bulbs. I am running 26w CFL's, 12 are 27k and 12 are 65k, for a total of 624 watts. I am running them on a 20/4 light schedule.

I have all three hanging about 5-8" above my plants. I am going to do a SCRoG and lst to keep them all at the same height.

My question is, should I be using this many lights on plants that are 2 weeks old? I haven't even changed my res or started using nutes yet. I know plants need more lights when flowering. and I don't want to get more lights. So should I take 2 of my fixtures out until I start my flower cycle?

Thanks a lot.

Why are you combining light spectrums.

Use all 6500 in vegging this will reallyy help or just get a monster 85 watt off 1000bulbs.com

No you should use a mixed spectrum. Look around on RIU you will see alot of people get great results with it. Also imo dont use all those lights for seedlings. I would start off with about half and work your way up. GL with the grow
