Quick question about lighting schedule. Advice please!

Have a couple of ladies in veg right now. Currently running lights 18/6, planning on making the switch to 12/12 asap. I'm on a rotating shift and after putting some thought into it I realized that there isn't an optimal time to have the lights on or off. Either when i'm on days or nights, the ladies will be in the dark for the entire time that I am home. This wont work for watering and training lst.

On to the question:
Is it possible to use a 6 on - 6 off - 6 on -6 off schedule for the lights during flowering? Will this give them enough consecutive rest / light?

Don't want to have to have someone else take care of these gals when I can't and looking into other options.

Any information is greatly appreciated!bongsmilie

why dont you adjust the timer so that lights are on when you home?
the plant doesnt care what time it is, just that it gets the required amount of light in the dayperiod, 18 hours for veg and 12 for flower.

First off I consider myself a newbe however I have never heard of using such a light schedule. Have you conciderd using hydro, I only say cause pretty much everything is running off of timers. of course you'll still have to check ph and do your training but it would give you much more posibilities. again I am just a newbe.
