quick question on over ferterlizing or nute lockout????

I recently had a major deficiency problem (looked like the girls had measles on all fan leaves older ones first PH was Low 4.7-5.5 chalked the problem up to low ph, nute lockout ma or mg not sure)my question is it never appears in veg only starts in 2nd week of 12/12 (destroys plants within 2 wks) can over fertilizing ever give the appearance of nute lockout I started thread on this a week ago not a lot of help came of it but i did do a lot of reading and I flushed soil raised ph added dolomite quick dissolving crystals plants look healthy now except I lost almost all fan leaves and im starting a new batch on 12/12 do not want to make the same mistake again STILL NOT SURE WHAT MISTAKE I MADE I will add one thing I had 1 plant i experiemented with in the beginning and i over fed her on purpose burnt edges of all fan leaves and she is the only one that did not get the measles and now at 5th week of 12/12 the bud production on her is awesome all the others are shot after losing fan leaves.can anyone see something in this that im not seeing why would over feeding one plant save her when all others look like they have nute lockout (PH was same pretty much on all plants)very low!Thanks all

What kind of nutes, and at what levels? Short answer is yes. And ph problems can cause all sorts of nute uptake problems.

miracle grow 18-18-21 1/3 strength 1ts floralicious bloom on normal and the one i over fed 2/3strength (mg i know a lot of people dont like that fert but i have had a lot of luck in past with it )
