Quick Question

WHats up

I just have a quick question that I have been wondering about. Im using some hydro nutrients that came with the system i bought. The nutes come in small individually packaged zip lock bags. Its a three part nute, micro, grow and bloom. What i am wondering is why the directions always say to mix the micro first before the grow or bloom? Why does the order matter?

thanks again

Welcome to the forum. When all else fails read and follow label directions. You need to do some research. You don't mix all three together and feed them to your plants. You want them to be seedling, then grow a little and finally bloom. If you feed them right ?? VV

Well, the micro first rule is because of the chemical reactions that will cause the compounds that are formed to be unavailable to the plant. That's why they must be packaged in 3 containers. The micro must be fully diluted first before adding any other nutes, to keep everything in the nute soup readily available.

thanks potroast..thats the question i wanted answered
last time i added water/nute solution to my resivoir i accidently put the grow in first, disolved it mostly. then added micro and a little bloom. I never made the mistake before, so it is good to know why doing what i did is wrong.
