Quick questions about overwatering-outdoors

I have a headband clone that was doing pretty good until today. I believe I over watered yesterday... I accidently poored alot of water right into the stem area into the soil which caused the plant to fall over a little bit. Today the plant is very limp and droopy... it is not dry and it is not discolored. My question is, does this sound consistent with overwatering and what should I do to nurse it back? keep it out of the sun?

It should be fine. Maybe prop it back up with a stick or something. It should go back up on its own. In the future do not water right onto the stem of the plant, until it is strong enough. water a few inches away from it, the water will get to it :)
