Quick simple grow box question

Would 92 watts of cfl be ok for my grow box? It's 2 feet by 1.5 and 1.5 feet tall. (give or take) and I got it lined with foil all over. There is 2 seedlings less than a week old and a 4 in one that's starting to show signs of preflower. What do you think? I kno more light won't hurt but would that be enough? It's an unknown auto stain btw

It's fine until you notice her flowering then get another bulb or two but usually the more light the more green:weed:.

Hey dude those cfls will be fine for veg. If you must stick with cfls you are going to want to fit as many as you can in there and get the correct spectrum. If you are expecting any kind of bud.

6400K (blue spectrum for veg stage)
2700K (red spectrum for flowering)

Yup you can use whatever you like, you will just get different results based off the spectrum you use.

Light in the Blue spectrum tend to promote tight compact growth, light in the red spectrum promote fluffy and vigorous growth. So you may see a small difference. Honestly though with this small of a grow I doubt you will notice much, Stick with em if that's what you have bro :)

Hey upnsmoke20, I have an idea you may like. It saves lots of space and will give you more lighting than you have now. Very simple to make and you'll only have to visit one store (lowes or home depot.. maybe even walmart but lowes is a safer bet). Go out and buy one of these imagesCARXC4MK.jpg and 3 (maybe more depending on what size outlet pack you buy) of these imagesCA1ZI5UB.jpg .. and 3 of these imagesCA25G7XE.jpg ... Just describe these things to a employee at a lowes or something and they'll help you find them. All of those things are very cheap. So all you do now is strap the outlet pack to the top of your lid (on the inside of your grow box). Secure it by using zipties (forgot to mention to buy zipties while you're at lowes). The outlet pack should not move at all and all zipties should be secure. Now plug in the second picture thing to the third picture thing. The plug your lights into that and then plug it into your outlet pack. BAM, you should now have 6 lights in your cab taking up hardly any space. Using basic 23 watt CFLs, you'll now have 138 watts in your cab. I just briefly went through the steps, let me know if you have any questions :leaf:
