One of the best single exercise you can do is the PUSHUP. It will work just about all the major muscles from the arms, shoulder, chest, stomach, legs, you name it. You can do them during commercials .... Fast and simple. Start with however many you can do without straining yourself...then wait three minutes and do another set...then do one more set. Don't worry if you can't match each set, just go till you are starting to strain. In the very beginning I could only do 10 or so at a time, but within a few weeks, I was pulling 35 at a pop. You will quickly see a progression that you can measure and that will keep you going. :peace:

out. :blsmoke:

I've heard that eating more frequently helps you burn calories. six small meals as opposed to three large. I've been doing that for the last 3weeks and gained 2more pounds.

Just be aware of what you are eating. If it isn't healthy, don't eat it. If you must eat it, then exercise. I personally run everyday, I make sure I burn what I eat. Get a nutrition book and read up!! The more educated you become about what you are eating, the more likely you will be to lose weight.:peace:

Oddly (laugh if you want) my wife and I have both lost weight (She lost 12 lbs and I lost about 19) using the Wii-Fit. Granted the combined system was almost $400 but compared to the long term investment of a gym you may not go to or fad diets that don't work it's worth it.

Try and eat a lot of fruit and veggie-type stuff. Also, exercise a little. Doesn't have to be a lot... once around the block twice a day will be enough to get your metabolism going a little. I've lost 60lbs in the last year, and I credit small steps like that... among other things like 'I stopped eating so god damn much' .... with my success. I'm still fat as hell, though. God damn pasta... gets me every time. :bigjoint:
