Quitting for a while to reduce very high tolerance

I'm there...if I'm not working..I smoke ALL Day...
Like You I have come to the realization that it is what curbs my anxiety...and I need to find something to keep me busy...

Ha...2g is that all? and 3mg of Melatonin? is that all?

Now, it does work, but I'm on 5mg strength and I'm about to ask the doctor for something even stronger.
My anxiety, pain and sleep disorder bleeds through the weed, the Gebapetin 900mg, and the Melatonin 5mg...SMH

I'm now learning how to deal with the only 3 to 4 hours of sleep given with the meds...(without it I'm up for 3 days straight until my body just drops and fall asleep)...I just get up and workout on my ProForm HIIT Pro for 45 minutes...hit the weights for another 40 to 60 minutes..

I manage to slow down to 2 after workout from 9 to 6...Then I need another 2 to get me to sleep zone by 11 or 12
and I'm an Enhancement Smoker..lol

I'm also a writer so when I'm pondering and writing...I'm lighting up...SMH
 
I used to be a heavy bong smoker for years. I quite for like 8 months then started smoking joints and peace pipes. My tolerance has gone down dramatically which is awesome because I don't need to smoke as much. There is no way I can get through a whole spliff in one sitting. I get higher after half a joint than any bong I used to rip. I don't abuse the cannabis i just wait until the arvo and have a peace pipe or preferably roll a joint. I'm an avid surfer so that keeps me real fit and I lift weights at home. At the end of the day I have a little smoke and it's great. In my opinion, cannabis isn't supposed to be abused if you want the plants full potential and the benifets. To much of a good thing becomes bad. Of course Everyone is different.
