So I figure I'm about 7-8 days from going to 24 hours of dark, but i have been in a small race with the mites I acquired a few weeks ago.
I got a simple "soapy" killer and applied it as directed and it def. slowed /stopped them for a bit but they have slowly covered a bit more now, and my ladies DON'T like it very much so i wanna refrain from using it if possible
Only a couple main areas are affected hard and a few smaller areas. There are a few central fan leaves mostly affected. I think i should cut these off?
Plenty of areas are free of activity in the tent there is maybe 15Percent of fan leaves with mite marks.
And as of late i have seen a few red colored bugs but no webs or anything.
I have heard stories of bud crackling form bugs and these issues. is this true? they are not that bad right now.Should I fight the mites for 7 days or do i chop it early?
The Trich's are not really amber yet but they are very close. I want a great end product and I need a hand with deciding this.
Will the mites die once the light is permananly off?
I plan on hanging it in the tent after harvest to dry for a bit, will the mites cease to exist once the temp in no longer warm? and what should i watch out for in this transition?Ultimately what i wanna know is.....is the damage the mites are doing now so bad that they arn't putting on wieght anyway..
Any and all ideas here appreaciated>>>>>>>
