I know a tonne of christians that would disagree with you. Christians don't care if you haven't accepted jesus christ as your lord and saviour. They don't care because it gives them more room in heaven. Islam is different, it believes in spreading it's religion through the slaughter of innocent men, women and children.
Sativa, take the view that the next suicide bomber does it when you and your family are on a plane. They all die and you survive... what would be your view of Islam then.
BTW, I don't see christian suicide bombers.

Only an unintelligent person hates an entire race or nationality or religion. Muhamed Ali and Cat Stevens are muslims. They are both very spiritual, admirable chairitable loving people and they are not terrorist.

i agreee people who take religion too far are crazy ,but like i said before not all people who say there a muslim take the whole religion down to a point they would kill someone .not all christians go to church every week yet they still call themself a christian. then you get groups like the kkk who just hide behiind religion .

Not true. Jesus instructed his apostles to spread the word. Some priests and lay people are called to be missionairies. The Church also had the crusades, remember. Not to mention the inquisitions. And don't even get me going on the how the New World was converted.

a true Christian sees those who are not Christian as unreached. contrary to islam, we do not believe that by default those who are unreached are garbage (infidels), nor do we believe that killing unbelievers is fine and dandy.
actually, a Christian does care because your eternity is at stake. do we try to force people to change or use violence? no, but we do have a deep desire to carry out our mission, which is to bring people to God.

I agree with you, Christianity was built upon bloodshed. the difference now is that we are in 2007. To compare the crusades, the inquisition, the witch trials or whatever else to suicide bombers is ludicrous in this day and age.
It's funny, as I also see the muslim point of view. Our western civilisation threatens the very foundations of their religion, not to mention the amount of material gain we have stolen from them. Which they stole from the Africans first of course. A lot is said about the whites buying slaves in Africa, but not much is said about the conquering of Africa by Islam. Who were selling African slaves long before the white man walked the shores. Africans that embraced Islam were welcomed, those that didn't were either sold as slaves or killed.
The truth is we are all the same, of course I know this. Which is why I can recognise my enemy. it helps also of course that they keep giving reminders.

the point is ..if you get to know a normal decent muslim they are like christians and couldnt give a shit what you believe in and they certainly dont want to blow u up because your not a muslim .

I agree with you 7x. What I meant was they don't care enough to want to go around blowing people up. They care in a different way. Sure you want to change people for the 'better', that's a given. You only have to wait in on a Sunday afternoon to find that out. But they're not going to letter bomb me for closing the door, politely, in their face.

The point is sativa that I have met many muslims, and I have a knack of getting honesty out of people. If you're going to lie to me face to face you've got to be good because I'll call you out straight away. I have had many debates in prison (just to let you know, I no longer am wild and care free. jail was my past. touch wood), and in fact shared a cell with more than a few muslims. I have heard many truths.
All mosques preach hate. Even mosques that denounce bombings have had undercover reports expose the preachings. These are your normal everyday, randomly picked mosques. A muslim isn't going to tell you the truth to your face, not unless you make them believe you don't really give a fuck.
I also ran with a gang of muslims, stealing cars, robberies, when I was 15. Even then I remember them telling me about a special word (I think they meant prayer) they can say that allows them to kill someone if they dis' their religion. They actually really believed they were entitled to kill somebody for this reason. Where did they learn this, however confused? I say confused as I now see the true meaning of their words. Even 17 years ago these kids were being preached hate for the West.

Unfortunately the mother country of Islam is Pakistan. They've got their own nukes. We could always enlist the aid of India, they have nukes too and hate the muslims more than we do.

well we have muslims in liverpool and they would just laugh at that ,although they grew up in countries who teach all this hatred they would never kill anyone coz of religion so i guess it depends how stupid (or brainwashed ) the individual person is .all the muslims i have met are sound people and are ashamed of suicide bombers etc and i like to take people as i find them.
