I use two gallon pots .... I think they are sufficient. My height limitation is 42" so I will vege for three to four weeks, maybe a little more, and then into 12-12 .... and they double or triple in size ..... :peace:
Do you think that 2 gallon is enough to finish in with plants that don't have tons of veg time? I like the square pots for space saving, Im currently using 5 gallon buckets....I would rather use smaller square pots.

there still remains a lot of debate over this ... it continues to come up every now and then .... I am only going off my other experience ... and the plant I have now (from the same seed batch ... though obviously still a different pheno) is much better than the ones I grew in five gallons last year .... it does require a little more management of the soil and the watering .... Walk On!!~~:peace:

i can manage the 2 gallon better on water matainance than 3.5 to 5 gallon which is easy to water frquently without knowing affecting yield..these blue cheese isnt a high yielder,,thats wy they were cheaper i guess,, i always do well on everything else but i dont use cheap strains mostly.i pollenated a BB branch with some Bluemoonshine male.i hope it wasnt to late because the BB are gettin ready to land.

that should be a nice cross .... blue moonshine is still on my Grow To Do list.
if that branch on the BB got pollinated with the bluemoonshine , call it "double blueberry moonshine"since the bluemoonshine already has the BB cross.the plant pollinated is a beautiful classic bb with one of a kind structure and rok had bud growth, packing on presently.100 % indica BB.should be the purplest of any wen done.we'll see wat happens.def. the pick of the room.lol.

w'll see wat happens, cut all the pods off the Bluemoonshine male .most were jus ready to open.and killed the male .drying out the pods and use some small jars with tlids and preserve the pollen.the purple wreck male looks real ns . so does the querkle.thier jus about ready to domino.

Thanks for the input....Decisions, decisions....Im gonna try the 2 gallon ASAP.

how about bubbabooshine
lol..lol

Hows it going raider....I started a convo on your thread and was 2 busy to even take part. I freakin had to spend a night at the strip club to get over the experience I had the night before. You ever see a car that looks good and you drive it and its a busted peice. Thats how this was....the more I started getting down past the close and the face I started to be like WTF? I needed a good night of watching the ladies spin on the pole and purging my brain with some alcohol. Im alot better now...Thanks for the input on big posts vs small pots.

the bigger bucket will always give yu more, dont get me wrong,,but for me its harder to tell wen to water,, those moisture meters arent no good because all the perilite i use gives it odd readings.so 2gallons are more managable for me.becauase ,bak to bak overwaters ruins the whole plant yield and all .they need to be near drier more than muddy for good growth i noticed.raider.

i dont know if it was to late to pollenate actually,we'll see, because thier near finishing.i lot of hermie stickin thier head out,but i only see 2 or three seed pods and thats where i removed a male flower.i removed several overall, mainly one plant, but not all..no real signs of any pollination.i jus remove them once noticed.
