Past discussions have revealed a bevy of "rapist supports" on this board. For some reason they are accepting of this vile behavior and refuse to admit these are some of the most evil humans to walk the face of this planet. I can only assume it's just part of the makeup of a "reality denier".

These "reality deniers" have a difficult time accepting the fact that humans make decisions to do bad or good. They refuse to hold people accountable for their behavior and much prefer to blame the environment, inanimate objects or anything else but the human.

Are you a denier? What are you "inflamed" about?

I'm inflamed about the original post being an example of poorly-written communication, that's all, friend. Nothing more complex than that. You are making a vast number of assumptions, largely incorrect ones, about me. I will not justify myself to you, as a non-"reality denier." Go be mad at someone who deserves it.

Whether or not the OP was written to instigate (which I think 99% of the threads in politics do - just by the nature of the beast) is kind of irrelevant.

Basically we ALL think rape is bad. Right? I think there's a general consensus here.

So, what next?

You need to change the mind set of the rapists. Make them see women (or men if that's their thing) as PEOPLE and not things.

How do you do that? Education? Reprogramming? I don't know. How do you stop bad people from taking what they want?

Punishment AFTER the fact isn't really helping anyone. Revenge is sweet and all that jazz. But I'm going to bet my life the victim of the attack would rather have a time machine and make it so that the rape never happened, and not just punish the perpetrator.

I support the idea of men getting their shit together, that's really the problem. Us. So, yeah, we need to humanize females and teach compassion. I also agree Islam is pretty shitty about doing those things and extremist Islam has become very frightening of late. But I feel like some folks believe all Muslims are inherently evil, is anyone out there thinking this? I've heard a lot of that sort of rhetoric and I feel it is almost as dangerous as the so-called I.S.

I don't think anyone should generalize a whole people. No one knows every single Muslim in the world. So no one can say "they all" with any sort of authority or factual basis.

Although, I do tend to group people like "biggots" and "bullies" and "dark triad" and "rapists" together. But that is something based on their actions. Not just the way they were born.

Some could argue a rapist is born that way. But there's something IN THEM that allows them to do that. Something broken.
