Rapid Rooters and seedlings

I was wondering after the seeds have sprouted and are planted in rapid rooters is it a good idea to soak the plugs in water with a little nutrient solution or stick to plain water?

the cotyledons contain the nutrients that the seedling needs to grow for a bit. wait until more true leaves form and the cotyledons are wilting away to go with any strong nutrients. plain water will be cheaper and will not hurt any growth for the first week or so. if you are using some organic compost tea you shouldnt really have to worry about this as it is hard to over feed with teas.
