Rare Dankness= Amazing!!

Those are all great points eyecandi....and nothing I can blame them for either. I do appreciate how breeders like Subcool test genetics out before releasing to the public, and how he has secured his parental stock in so many places you know he won't be losing his parents any time soon.
 
kind of a yes and no - we are in a state where it's legal to grow. shouldn't be too terribly hard to get together a hard core group of testers for pre-release if serious about getting into the seed business. nothing will ruin a biz faster then a bad reputation (esp when limited to ONE state. not like the Attitude seeds where everyone around the world can buy from you) ... just ask Centennial Seeds .... I hear hardly any store will carry them anymore and the experience has left a bad taste in the mouth of several dispensaries re:buying other gear, other then well established (eg:TGA).
 
Agreed 303 looks promising as a Colorado company and their staff is totally chill from what little contact Ive had. And I found out a lil about Rare D today some friends at a spot said that they might be able to get them to give me a call so lets all hope so (If i can and you kno who you are your in). Still hoping for some info....
 
i saw a hit on kindreviews of the ghost train haze. if it was an actual pic, it looks fire! never know tho, could just be a stock photo
 
i read the guys from rare dankess also were the creators of the IncrediBowl, which is quite an impressive device. so there may be hope for this rare responding fledgling seed company!

I have a very reliable source for clones. He is a caregiver and has hundreds of strains. Fantastic selection! All clones are from mom's he uses for his patients. He is in Denver as well. Let me know if you are up for a go! Private message me. Or not, just stay away from dispensaries. I have had horrible luck with CO dispensaries and clones.
 
i only bought one strain from them that threw out full bananas and like an idiot i cloned it out without realizing and had 2 nanner batches in a row so i shouldnt say that the store i frequent is selling shitty clones as much as they seem to be having a bunch of lower end seeded meds that grew micro pollen sacks on like the insides of the buds which makes me very reluctant to buy clones of said strain, most of which are subcool strains. i bought a pack of kaboom SEEDS that went on me, they went on the store too. so idk, if a professional operation is having the same troubles as a 23 year old idiot in his basement, then i must not be that big of an idiot.

on a completely unrelated topic, Kind Love in cherry creek has some ghost train haze and some tang wreck haze on their shelves from rare dankness, hopefully its still there next time i go in!
 
Ya, kl is a chill spot but their meds, I only liked the tahoe og and was a member for over a year... Also grew out a "chem dawg" out from them, total fucking bull shit. Takes more than a chill staff and a good location.

sadly theres nothing on the books about breeding law which would require large plant counts for medicine that isnt grown for the direct purpose of a patients consumption (granted it is in the long run, developing new genetics is the only way to provide more relief on a more personalized level, try telling a DEA agent that tho). its also against the law now for dispensaries to sell seeds from out of state seed companies. which is why tga and thseeds are disappearing in seed form. its all just a way for the law to attempt to choke out a legitimate industry that threatens the status quo.

idk man everything ive ever bought from them is top notch. ive never been disappointed, never smoked fertilizers (which is more than i can say about every other store ive shopped at), never shop anywhere else because when i do, thats what happens. theyre very upfront about what not to buy, what has hermed, etc. my only complaint in over 2 years of being a member is the orange velvet purple urkel clones that hermed that im still dealing with risidual pollen from.

you must have some crazy standards if the ONLY thing that you liked from them was the tahoe in over a year. no golden goat? jack herer? banner #3? jack crack? sour deisel? lemon g? flo? red dragon? mr nice from back in the dizzay? their subcool buds need improvement but everything else is a 65 dollar 8th at most other stores for 45.

ahhh ... i was wondering why the state TGA wholesaler last stated "no longer working with TGA on any level". sux, but maybe it will mobilize a few solid breeders (or breeder groups) within the state.
 
Is there any laws on the books concerning seeds? Can a patient sell seeds to a MMC that have been locally (and legally) produced? Or does this still have to be another MMC?
I know there is a couple up and comers (still have some Mile High Seeds in the collection) but a really really large hole that needs filled here. And i know there is more than a couple growers in this section that could really get this set up right, maybe we should get heads together and come up with "RIU seeds"......... Just a thought.......
 
there already is an "RIU Seeds" .... it's called "The Attitude", lol.

was thinking about this earlier, TGA=Team Green Avengers, a group of peeps that bred together. we need MHC=Mile High Concept (concept is a synonym for seed ;) )

thats what i heard theyre tryin to do. almost like opening a colorado office. would be cool and very smart business-wise

Seeds must be produced by either a OPC or MIPs licensed facility in order for them to be completely legal for distribution. Patients and caregivers are not allowed to sell to dispensaries, and caregivers are not allowed to distribute to anyone other than their listed patients. Basically you need a dispensary or infused products manufacturer manifest in order to legally distribute your seeds.
Seed production plants at this time do not count against the 70/30 ratio if grown in an OPC, and there isn't any plant counts for MIPs.
A collective of patient and caregiver testers is possible and legal, but breeding and sales are going to be limited by the need for OPC/MIPs production and distribution.
303 Seeds has OPC production and distribution at this point, and I know Adam at TH Seeds is producing seeds here in a OPC as well.

Thats what I know...love this conversation and I am more than willing to be a part of the Mile High breeder team!

So what you're saying is that it's time to buy out all the TGA genetics haha, there is always Attitude. It's such a grey area industry, sure you can grow in this state legally but where did you get your genetics from?
