Two of the Headband seeds are popping out of the rockwool this afternoon but no sign from the cataract yet.

Figured I'd post a few pics of the makeshift drying box I made for the SLH and Sour Grapes to dry in. Left it in there for just under 86 hours and it seemed ready so I jarred it up tonight.
The pic with the 3 jars has the SLH in the jar on the left and the other 2 jars are the Sour Grapes. Got 35g of SLH and 54g of Sour Grapes...not too bad for a couple of small plants that almost died very early on in veg, I think.

Thank you. I tried something a little different this time around, when trimming the Sour Grapes I just plucked as many of the leaves off as I could by hand (with latex gloves on) and then hung the separated branches on strings inside the box. The SLH got hung as a complete plant but I teimmed the buds up fairly close with scissors.

The result was they looked and felt like they had dried equally but after being jarred up for 12 hours, the Sour Grapes has significantly more moisture in the jars than the SLH. I trimmed the remaining leave off of the Sour Grapes with scissirs before jarring it up too. Leaving those few leaves sticking out of the buds caused it to retain more moisture inside the buds for some reason. I've got the jars open at the moment to let them air out and they'll be going back in the cupboard soon until this evening.

The SLH doesn't have much smell right now but the Sour Grapes still has a kind of sweet & sour smel to it. Not as sweet as it did smell but still very nice.

Here's a couple current pics of my flower room that I took tonight. As you can see, I decided that I want to try out vertical grows. It will be soil for now but I have drawn up how I want it to hopefully be eventually which is a E&F vertical grow. Perpetual with an area that will serve as a trial at ScroG. I still need to install the shelves and the Mylar panels but that's about it.

Oh yeah, the second SLH plant was far better than the first. Not that the first one wasn't good because it was. This one just had better taste and smell. The high seems a little clearer too, very nice. Now that It's been jarred for a week or so it smells kind of sweet ana tastes a little lemony and a little piney but the peppery smell and taste is gone. Excelent smoke

Haha, thanks.

Here's how things look tonight after getting to insulate and sheet the walls in OSB then get some mylar hung. Check out how big the autos are, one is 30" tall!!
This is why I put them in the flower room now. The Haze Auto is way too tall for the 150w HPS they were under and it kept growing into the damn bulb during the 4hrs of darkness. Not sure why it's soo big but whatever.

The Sour Grapes is one of my favorites now, this was a clone from a plant that was grown from a clone that I bought from a dispensary local to me. I've since gone back a few times to see if they have any more but they don't. They moved a few months ago and I heard they lost a few mother plants when they did so it may have been one of the casualties.

This one turned out better than the first and I really liked the first one. This one smells more like grapes and tastes sweeter. It's a smoother smoke with a bit of a sour aftertaste. Pretty awesome strain and if you're in LA there's a club that sells them. The address should be in this thread a page or two back, I think.

I sure wish I could have just one uninterrupted day to work on this. I'd most likely be able to finish everything off if I did have one. I made more shelves than what's in the pics and will install all of them eventually but there's no need right now so they're set aside for now. Not sure if anyone will pick up on it but the shelves are intentionally not level. It's for drainage if/when I make the whole room a vertical E&F. The shelf unit in the veg room is temporarily in that spot. It will be rotated 90 degrees once I have the other light or when the mothers to be are big enough to justify setting them on the floor.

Here's what I did today though:
-Installed shelves shown in the pics
-Hung a small circulation fan
-Figured out where to put the filter and exhaust fan and cut and prepped the pieces to do so
-Emptied the veg area and removed the old table that the plants sat on when it was the flower room
-Hung the T5 lights over where the mother plants will go once they're big enough and stuck a shelf unit under them with the humidity dome and the small vegging plants on it.
-Unplugged one of the 600 ballasts to save electricity until I have more plants in the flower room.

Here's what's left:
-Install the bracing for the exhaust fan and filter and mount the fan/filter assembly
-Get some screen material for a trial run at Scrog
-Pick up another T5 fixture
-Germ a bunch of seeds and start vegging them to fill the bitch up with plants.
