Well I guess it turns out Phantom is really Raspberry Kush, heard it on Instagram a few days ago and the GDP seeds rep confirmed it. Phantom = Raspberry Kush.

This is specifically Phantom that is Raspberry Kush who knows what Phantom Cookies is. I just saw this information on Instagram and it was confirmed by the GDP Ceeds Rep.

Only Raspberry Kush I ever had was definitively a cross between OG and Romulan. Was nice and frosty. Smelled like Kush and Romulan at the same time.
