Well the plant should be much bigger regardless of whether it's an auto or photoperiod plant. You say 18/6 under LED which is perfectly fine as long as the LED has proper wattage. What light are you using and what organic soil are you using?

For the lighting, I use two of these in a small grow tent
For soil, I’m using this, bought from a local garden nursery, mixed it up with some coco and perlites

How far away are your lights? Those are not the best lights but at 45w a piece there should be enough for the plant to grow more than it has. I'm not an LED expert but I've seen some fairly decent plants grown under the purple lights.
The soil has an NPK of 2-3-3 so there should have been adequate nutrients for a seedling. It is coco based so I don't know how much of that is available to the plant. I'd start giving it some very mild feeding.
NPK: 2-3-3
-100% Plant & Mineral Based
-Kelp & Alfalfa Meal for long lasting nutrition & quick results
-Mycorrhizae to promote strong root growth
-Minerals like rock phosphate for hearty harvests

Roughly 16 inches from the plant since the start of sprouting, what lights and the wattage do you recommend for better growth and yield?

Going through my first harvest something recommended to do photo and a good generic. And thank God been a breeze and if anything comes up I can adjust. Autos I feel like you mess up at all garenteed to affect something down the line
