These look awesome! Can you show a full plant shot? or garden shot? I'm planning a larger seed pop like this soon and like the size and shape of these. How soon after topping did you flip to flower? What size pots? Thanks

1m x 1m tent, 1gallon pots. I vegged for only like 3 weeks and then flipped, took clones around the 2-3 week mark of flower. I think I topped them around the time I put them in the flower tent…. Not too sure but I did prune quite a bit to keep them all so small.

How long was your reveg clipping clones at 2 to 3 weeks? I'm wary now. One batch rooted fine then didn't show reveg until put into flower. Irritating!

There actually just starting to take off now. I’m not much of a cloner, all I do is stick em in a cup of water in a dimly lit part of the veg tent. I have a 95-100% success rate it just takes 2-3 weeks to see roots.

so yeah it’s been probably 4-5 weeks since I took them and they still look mangled lol

Sorry to say but id say you need to run em all twice before deciding just to be sure then make your selections that way if one didnt get to shine as much the first run it might stand out the second time also it helps to confirm your choices with the rest u like also selection by looks is why most of todays weed sucks i can say u got some nice looking plants but thats about it op good luck on your hunt bud the proofs in the smoking

You’re absolutely right. Not to mention my “flowering time” is likely way off as they were basically still seedlings when I flipped lol

Listen to conor, you should not only run them all twice but twice from clone not counting the run from seed. The pipe test should be the first test and most important. If the high isnt great who gives a damn what it looks like or what it smells like. I see since i started typing your people like to look at it. I would still go with the quality of the High first.

Thank you and everyone for the answers. I don’t want the hassle of growing 17 different plants again, maybe I can eliminate some first haha. I have another round of 35 seeds to run after this one too called Juicee Buns.

#3 for structure but like others said, if the high is lacking then not a good choice. Might wanna grow them a couple times… unless you’re just starting out. Then I guess you’d pick the structure and terps you want and grow from therw

Agreed that it takes a few rounds to know a keeper. Usually in a good sized hunt you can toss a few plants that fall short for obvious reasons. Impossible just looking at these pics though. Were they topped or trained at all? When I hunt, I don't do any topping/training the first round so I can see the natural expressions. This gives me a clearer idea of how much they stretch/branch, how well they stack, etc. Also take them to a different # of days each round. I find most strains fall into the 60-70 day range, so I try my best to sample at 60, 65, and 70 to compare. Sometimes a 10 day difference can be huge in terms of effect. Sometimes not, but it's good to dial-in on the "ideal" harvest window for your environment. Same for curing. Some plants are fine as soon as they're dry. Others need a month in the jar.

Problem is I sell most of the pot I grow and peoples first impression is on the looks.
Fair doos mate then enlist a few of your customers to help see what one they prefer im sure maybe one or two could help you speed up your choices in that case its time consuming but worth it when hunting for what to keep if you sell most of it all the more so it pays to have an exclusive decent hunted cut over just hype might take time but in the long run you will make more

Yes I’m definitely getting some help choosing. As of right now I don’t think any of these are going to turn out to be what I want but we will see a lot happens in the last few weeks.
