I've heard if it's legitimate sexual harassment that the female body has a way of just shutting it all down...

I have no idea...it just popped up on my radar (laser radar, that is)...
I'm wondering if he can file a counter suit for sexual harassment harassment. After all, he is Dutch. Maybe she was talking about fingers in dykes, or something?

True, and that was a case of entrapment. But beyond that, I can only imagine what kind of litigation he would've faced now, in light of Cosby and now this Lewin incident.

Oh, I doubt that...I can see Lewin being something of a "dirty old man", in that he is from a different time which wasn't so damn PC. He may have been trying to give a compliment using sexy language, perhaps? Some people are just opportunists or overly sensitive. And we still don't know any details...it could all be BS, and we'll see his lectures back online soon...or maybe he's fingering dykes? That dirty Dutchman...and lasers.
