Re: Stolen Medical MJ - Cops Not On Our Side in Montana

Had two plants taken from my garden last week. Called the guy who did it. He returned them-roots damaged beyond repair. Took pictures of him returning them. Filed report with Sheriff's Dept. and consulted County Attorney. Their reason for not prosecuting the guy: "We just don't have any experience dealing with this type of thing." This is despite that fact that a man was recently robbed of his MJ and beaten to death in the same small town I am referring to. Oh, did I mention that the guy who took mine has a history of violence toward women? I sure did to them and still I got the no-can-do response.

So, I'm out $1000 and he gets away with it.

There's a company out of Colorado that insures medical growers. I'm looking into that.

Here's a pic of the guy. Mark Cech is his name. If any of you from Montana know of him, watch your shit around his thieving ass.

Went to check on the plants the other day and the remaininng two were dead. Pulled them and the roots smell heaviliy of gasoline, as does the soil in the rest of the garden-a garden in which we grow other plants, such as vegetables (organically). Called the Sheriff's Dept to add this to the report and the Deputy told me that she would mention it, but that the County Attorney's decision to not proscecute the guy stands.

In another Montana city, the cops have come out to say that they are willing to go after these thieves: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/38277110/ns/health

Sure wish that was the case here...
