Good plan! Spring will be here soon and mary loves your neighborhood!

Does anyone know if there are some strains that cause less "fragrance" when growing and harvesting indoors? Someone has alerted me that it can be really a strong smell when the plants start flowering and also when they are drying.
I tried reading before asking, but did not find anything other than contraptions for venting. I am not that brilliant that I can build contraptions for venting.

The better the fragrance the better the medicine. There are odor controlling CFLs, odor control spray, and odor control gel that will help you if you only grow a few plants. These are simple and cheap.
After that you may need an Ozone generator, ionic air purifier, or carbon scrubber. These are expensive and not so simple.
Hi Dub - I do have an ionic air purifier that cost me like $100. I did not know that it would work on odors. It is almost new and in perfect working order. So what do you do, just put it in the room where the plants are?

Problem being is there is no bud on that plant. Let me rephrase what you said if i could.CFL's are not bad at all. This is my first grow and I used CFLS up until a few days ago when I got my HPS, but these pics were taken while I was hooking the hps up.

CFLs are adequate for vegging. Only in mass abundance can they offer even close bud size\thickness as even a small wattage HID. The penetration is just not there. As far as flowering goes, skip the CFLs and go right to the light you'll end up with next round anyhow after you see how small and airy the buds from them are. Not trying to be a hater, but its not really practical to have 75 bulbs surrounding a dozen plants, not to mention by that point you've spent more money and crated more heat than an HID would cost you\create.
