Plant is on its 8th week of flower curious to know if it ripe for harvest or should i wait another week.
looked with microscope but it not a good one and im not a pro at using that method as far as telling the difference between clear and cloudy.
those wondering why my buds looking kinda rough at top and sides is because i recently had a major fuck up/Timer malfucntion error causing the tops of my colas to become heatstressed/damaged and think to start to fox tail. not to sure never experinced it before and still too early to tell but yeah... :(

hard to tell from pics. typically you can see the amber goodness with the naked eye. They will glisten/sparkle a bit when you are eyeballing them. after you get some good amber on the flower itself you are good to go. The first sign of amber is typically the bud leaves . The plants look rough so you may never get exactly want you want density wise but yeah look for that amber. You can pick up a jewelry microscope from amazon for like 12 bucks.

Hey! Long time to talk. Whats good ? And yes I know sad to admitt but your right. I thinking same thing you are. think i am going to go ahead and chop her down tonight. It sucks becuase before this timer heatwave fuck up, things were going so good/smoothly. Heres a picture from just a couple weeks ago

yeah its rough looking but it could plump up a bit . hit with water a few days then do the deed.
You think. I did some research about it possibly foxtailing and no longer fattening after a heatwave if damaging enough. Sad to say but my light stayed on over night and for roughly 8 hours didnt ventilate properly and my temps were over 40 degrees! max temp was 46 degrees!!! by the time I got home and fixed problem. it smelled like i was baking weed. probably dont even have any terpenes left... :wall:

It looks like it could still benefit from more growing, let it grow a bit more, get that magnifier. You can google for triches image, there are plenty of images that will show you how to properly identify clear, cloudy and amber triches.

Are you looking at the most recent pics above or the original ones at the top ? because the last recent post i made was from couple weeks ago before the heat wave happened.
I also checked them out with my microscope and some are clear but most seem to be cloudy even some amber from what I seen. So I decided to chop her down. she hang drying as we speak. Mind you i still got couple more plants waiting to harvest to let get nice and amber like. looking for variety of highs.
