You can't tell from the pic's but it looks like you're a while out. What you are looking for, and NEED to use is a loop or small hand held microscope. You can get one at any hydro shop for 15 bucks. Anyway, once you can see the tric's, you are looking for them to go from developing their full swollen heads, and will be clear, then they will turn cloudy, then......you want them to start to become at least 15% or so amber. At that point, flush with water for a few days, then they're done.

A tip I've learned by trial and error is I leave them in complete darkness for the last 3 days of a 7 day flush. Plants develope their tric's in the dark, and I've gotten stronger results doing this.

I agree, you still have a week or two. I remember someone saying that when you think they are ready to harvest, wait another week.
