Ready to harvest? I can't tell (see pics)

I think the "pistils" are less white / changed color..see below pics. But I thought there would be more pistils. I probably made multiple mistakes with this plant (first time). From below pics can you tell if it's ready to harvest? I don't have a scope or anything else to look closer. Can these 3 pictures tell you anything? Leave it longer? harvest?

Does your weed look like that? I hope not.
You got a good month and a half to go at the least.
