Ready to top?

Hi all. Wanting to get opinions on if my plant is healthy and old enough to top. I have another plant two-ish weeks behind it that I’m trying to catch up through the veg phase. I will top this one and begin LST 4 main stems while I wait for the other plant to catch up. I’ll begin scrogging once plants have some length and switch to flowering once the smaller plant has had atleast 4 weeks veg. Does this sound like a doable thing?

I personally don't top my plants grown from seed until they show me a pistil; but that's just me. You have an auto so I'm not sure about topping those in general as she's not gonna veg for long. Maybe just LST on her but up to you. It's not in the pics, just the bag seed right? How dark green is the auto? That FFOF is kinda hot for autos sometime so watch for tip burn. That bag seed is looking pretty green in the last pic too; maybe wait a bit to start nutes if you haven't. This reply will bump your post up and maybe another member with more auto experience will jump in. How about a pic of the Zkittles? I'm growing a photoperiod Zkittles from Canuk now.

Thank you all for the replies. The Zkittlez isn’t an auto. It’s a fast flower. From what I understand and have read from goggle, fast flower simply means it’s a strain who’s flowering cycle typically maxes out sooner than other strains. It’s still a photoperiod seed. Assuming I understand the difference between fast flower and auto. Lol. Thank you all again!

Thank you all again. The pics def give inspiration. Does my plan of vegging the larger of the two a little longer than the normal 4ish weeks so the smaller plant can catch up seem like a viable plan for this grow? I have started the larger one on the trio nutes first week schedule as recommended by FF. So for the first week it had 1 gallon of water mixed with 6tsp of big bloom PH’d to 6.3 and a PPM of roughly 460 (two feedings in week 1 at a 1/2 gallon each). Should I repeat this for week 2 before starting the nitrogen heavy nutrients?

I don't know much about nutrients, so I'll let those who know answer that.

As far as your plan for vegging the larger plant while the others catch up is what I did for my last grow too. It worked out fine. I did mainline the plants so they took a little longer to veg than just letting it go. Saying that, the other plant that was smaller was rushed a little with the mainlining, she sprung back great. she is a bit smaller than the other one, but, two different strains too, so she didn't stretch as much in flower as the other one. If your height is limited you might have to do a bit of LST on the older plant. Figure plant will double in height when you switch to flower.

Why did you cut off the bottom leaves?
So from what I could gather online and on youtube, you prune the larger and lower fan leaves to let light penetrate to lower nodes and encourage growth. I feel like I butchered it and she (hopefully a she) is looking poorly right now. Lights go off in 5 min so i wont be able to see again for another 6 hours. But the plant was fed a half gallon of dechlorinated tap with 3tsp of big bloom PH'd to 6.3 at 460ppm the day before topping it. Next feeding is supposed to be Tiger Bloom and i usually water on Mon and Thursdays. Still trying to determine whether or not to start the Tiger Bloom on Mon per the FF schedule. The pics make the plant look much greener than it actually is.

Thank you all again for the comments and advices. I'd send you all some pos reps but I'm new here and haven't figured out the "like" function yet. Lol. Effin new guy!

How'd she end up doing? I'm wanting to do the same to mine but she is about double the size of yours.
