will earth worms help my seedling grow?? and if so cant i just dig them up??

yes it will i have went a bought night crawler and put a dozzen per plant be4. they reallyhelp with keeping the soil lossend up for drainage.

I have been thinking about using earthworms in my soil as well. Do you just toss them in when you are filling your containers? Do the nutrients hurt the worms? I use all fox farm products.

just toss them in nutes will not hurtthem.
