Realy dry plants

Could realy dry plants be down to humidity? Ive managed to lower my room temp to 75 but my leafs feel realy dry and r startin to go down or up on the edges. Cud they need food? Ive neva tested my humidity cus i sno how ha

spray the leaves with a mist spayer every now and then
ummm, drooping leaves under a 1000W bulb with no enclosure?!?!
if you spray the leaves when the light is on....you will fry your plant!

I've actually grown dozens of plants without ever misting them...
the only time water ever touches the leaves is if I splatter nutes or let it get too dusty...
then I give them a clean water rinse and let them dry completely before I let the light hit it again....

I forget if you mentioned or not bluez1.... what's your soil ratio?
are you using straight soil? or did you add some perlite?
