If I had new construction I would design a hidden grow.

Helped a friend split a walkin closet once, we framed a wall as a strip closet 3.5 feet into a 6 foot deep closet then 1/4 sheet rock and vertical Cedar boards to conceal the odor and door frames. Just cabinet magnets to keep the doors closed.
1 door on either end and a wall separating the space, we put up all lights, fans and ducting before w sheet rocked.

Just a thought.

Already planned but we just moved in. We are building a room in the storage area in the basement. But until we have the moving company come in three weeks the tents have to be in that room, locked and hidden from the world.
