Rebound from Nitrogen Toxicity?

Some grow info:
I'm using canna terra pro as the medium in a 3 gallon fabric pot as well as their nute range, HLG 260v2 blue spec veg light in a 90x50x160cm grow tent, light is ~30inches away from the plant. The strain is northern lights (apparently)

Im 4 weeks into veg and everything had been going well, but a few days ago i noticed stunted growth + clawing on a few of the leaves + an overall greenness.

On the same day i gave them a water until there was run-off and the EC came out as 2.2 (with a pH of 5.4). I checked my grow log and i may have been overzealous feeding nutes too often.

Based on what i could see on the plant i chalked this up to nitrogen excess/toxicity (probably too many nutes overall as well) and i decided to flush with plain water.

I used ~10L plain water (pH 6.0) and the run-off eventually came to 0.6 EC and a pH of 5.8. This is in line with the guidance for canna terra so i left it as it.

It's been a few days since then and although i haven't seen anymore clawing of leaves (only some rust spots on 1 leaf), the overall growth has shown no sign of recovery and is still very much stunted.

Do you just wait these out or is it time to start again? Pictures are from todayNL2 (2).jpgNL2 (1).jpg

I'm not sure if i should keep feeding plain water for a while or give it a tiny bit of nutes again?

Looks overwatered.

If you begin providing the correct conditions to the plant, new growth will quickly return to health. I agree with others overfed/overwatered. Try lowering the ec to 1 and feed to substantial runoff the next time it needs to be fed, wait for the pots to get light before you feed again.
