Rebuilding Grow Room 4k Watts

Ok Ive decided to rebuild my grow room the space is 10x10x7.Im going to be growing legal and sticking with 50 plants flowering in this room at any given time.I have a separate Vegging room once again total plant count within legal limiits.Now here is my idea for the equipment so far please chime in with any positive or negative comments that you may have experienced.Im really interested in how good or bad these reflectors are Im running Suns Yeildmasters Classics and they sucks balls big ime Ive had to tape over almost the entire reflectors to seal them.

4 1000 Lumatek Dimmable Ballasts
4 Eye Hortilux 1000 Bulbs
4 Xtrasun Mondo Reflectors
2 Growbright 6" inline fans
1 Growbright 6' Charcoal Filter

I personally think all of XxtraSuns stuff is great for the most part, especially their vented hoods. You can move a lot of air with 8" reflectors and fans. The new XxxtraSuns seal well and are hinged for easy cleaning of the glass. Sounds pretty nice, I would consider 8" fans and hoods if possible........ I am slowly moving towards something similar, but there arent enough hours in the day.........

Cool the room off with at least a 20,000 BTU A/C and you are set. Get some stand/wall fans too

If I were you I'd go with an 18k to 21k mini split system. Great for sealed rooms, or any room for that matter.
