so the table that i flooded 2 times a day for 15 min, for 2 weeks straight dryed up and the out come was not good. lesson learned.. Today im going to get some 1 gallon bags and transplant them back to the veg room hopefully they reveg and do better next time lol. i have learned from this. If you transplant a small plant into a large container in coco, you only need to water once every 3 to 4 days.. let that pot dry so the roots grow.. once they fill the pot water at will?? here they are before i dig them up.. i will be reusing the coco. i have floraclear and im just gonna rinse it well and replant some of my 3 gallon veggers.
Ill be doing this in about 10 days when my old hydro table gets emptied...

now the other table is doing way better... I have fat white roots growing out the bottom of the 5 gallon smart pots!! i wanted to do the 20 plants per table but im now forced to do 10 per table x 1kw light per table.. plants are 8 days in flower and are around 25-30 inches tall atm.. picture. i use to cover my tables with panda and flood every hour to create an aero/ebb/flow set up... i will be covering my tables again with panda so the roots can take over the table over the next few weeks.

here a pic of my old hydro with the covered tables for an idea. ill just cut large holes for my smart pots and i use cheap clamps from home depot for hold the plastic tight on the tables..

I've been using coco for years now, coco does well with dripping system or just feeding by hand....I use 3 gallon 100% coco and I feed by hand, I'm in flowering now and I feed 1000 liter every 3-4 hours depending on my lights....I myself too tried flooding table but the end result was not to my satisfaction, try feeding by hand and see what happens.

I have been hand feeding drain to waste. When i set the drippers up on a 2 flood cycle, i drowned them.. This is my first time using coco so im still dialing in the watering times... also the feed strengths.. if anyone has any suggestions let me know?

I appreciate the info. Im pretty sure im going to 3 gallons pots.. has anyone had luck flowering in 2 gallon bags? looking to grow 2 oz plants. 15 per light 1kw???

this jack diesel i am growing gets so damn big i think if i only had two of these things on a 4x4 with a months veg on em' they would fill my 4x4 area no problem.. im going to take pics of the jackdiesel and the dj short blueberry that im keeping.. im harvesting tomorrow.

i could update.. they turned out okay. ill get about 12 zips, enough to pay bills and do it again. my other plants are mostly in 3 gallon bags and they are doing well but im making the switch back to hydro.. 4"inch rockwool on 6"inch rockwool... hydro in my opinion is just way easier, with alot more control. faster growth rates and larger harvest.. i might do a journal with the rw in some weeks, the rest of my coco is pretty run of the mill.
