For sure everything is possible to make, gradual lighting/dimming, different spectra at different times of day, it's all either been done, or very easy to do.
The real question is what do you suppose will be the added benefit for such features, and will they justify the cost?

I am not sure if people who have their setup dialed in will even be able to tell the difference.
