white widow, northern lights or durban poison...first two were straight forward enough for me..growing durban now...seems easy enough...just look after them man

Afghan and afghan crosses seemed pretty easy and forgiving to me. I think in general, an indica is easier than a sativa. I've heard northern lights is really easy and I see someone already suggested bagseed for your first grow.

well...i definitely wouldnt go and spend a lot of money on ur first seeds...cuz in the first grow things are bound to go wrong. since im pretty new to mary jane in general i got myself an indoor mix of seeds from bc seedking...20 seeds for 55 bucks...just a bunch of different strains in 1 little bag...lol. i dont know which plants im growing...but i think its fun that way...lol. get inexpensive seeds...nirvana has a ton of strains and they dont cost too much...usually around 35 bucks for 10 seeds...or kc brains...hmm i would maybe just browse thru a seedbank site like attitude seedbank and see what catches ur eye...but i agree with the people above...white widow and northern lights are good for beginners.

do a white widow very easy and hardy plant and you will get
good smoke .:joint:
i second this. my first grow was white widow, and those plants went through some serious abuse. i diddnt have a clue what i was doing. still got a good yield and good stone. just make sure to get a timer.

good to know about the ww.

I would recomend some bagseed for one or two cycles. Get it down and then go spend some cashola on some primo seeds. But if WW is as hardy as they say, and you can afford it then go for it. But keep in mind if you have the spend spend spend mentality you will quickly see how easy it is for a grow to get way over budget. Get the basics then spend a little here and there on upgrades. I gaurantee youll decide after you get one or two grows under your belt youll realize that alot of the shit you thought you needed you really dont need.

I'm in nearing the end of my 1st time and I used bagseed. I thought about long and hard about buying some beans online and I'm glad I didn't. My plant looks alright, but there was a learning curve for sure, even in spite off all the books, DVDs and forums. You 'll need to put together your grow area and tweak that, figure out how your nutes work in your environment and so on. My opinion is get your ducks in a row with your grow area and stuff, meanwhile you can research what strains you might want to try (dude there are SO freakin many) and where to get your seeds from. Just my 2 cent
