recovering from nute lockout?

so, I went overboard on the nutes and killed a few seedlings...stunted growth in others...

I've been flushing for the past week, about every three days,
This is my veg:
The bright yellow plant in the back left is CH9 Jack... the only 1 of 5 Jack seedlings that survived...
so... any tips on making a full recovery from nute lockout?
she almost wilted... after two flushes she's growing...but yellow as junk...
the other two subject to my mishap were the two in front.... (left) NLxSK1 and (right) auto bubblegum .... only stunted their growth... not too much yellowing, yet.

tips...scoldings.... rants... all welcome... I need to learn...

(ps... my flower room is doing great...so I'm not a total waste of space.. ----> )

Haha, so we meet again SeeRock, you don`t give yourself enough credit man. The C9 Jack looks like it should after a flush you gave it. You can slowly add a Grow formula at half strength now and I`d personally supplement some CalMag for their happiness. And the flower room IS looking quite lovely

Believe it or not...that Jack seedling is about 4 weeks old....and still a wimpy little sprout...
growth rate has picked up tremendously since the last flush...

I guess I need to break down and get a PH tester.... probably lucky as shit that I got to harvest without ever testing it..although, I only use bottled water.

The bottled water (if spring or distilled) will help your cause mate. You should ALSO look at a PPM pen. Go for like $20-$60 on EBAY on your Hydro store would have a pricier version. That would help you better identify what`s going in the water, your PH with bottled should be just fine. Keep up the good work, keep it green,

So here we are two weeks later and look at her go!!

Much better! She just needed time to build-up to the blast you gave her early, you shouldn`t have any issues going forward (unless of course you blast her again, haha). Keep it up, I`ll enjoy following that Jack
