Recovery/bent stem

So like 4-5 days ago i transplanted mt plant and broke roots it was drooping and for awhile but now it has new leaves and a new node growing is it recovered? Also i accidentaly bent my younger ones main stem it didnt fall just the inside fibers are bent how long is thay gonna takw to recover it hasnt fallen or bent over yet

A few days to a week maybe two.
Most of the time mine stand back up in a day or two.
