Be careful making purchases through redfrog. I purchased 6 diffusers off their website for $58 but they only sent me one. I contacted them and spoke with Jenn she was pleasant, apologized and told me she'd have the other 5 mailed out. I asked her if she could send the tracking information and she replied yes. No tracking information was sent and I received nothing. Jenn stopped returning my emails so i filed a claim through paypal. Red Frog disputed the claim and paypal instructed me to return the item but I was unable to because I am overseas. DISHONEST PEOPLE!

Sorry to hear you had a bad exp with red frog. They do have a presence here on RIU or used to so hoping somebody from red frog could chime in here & help you.

After two weeks I got a response from them on F.B, the package was sent but I never received it. I've asked them over and over for a tracking number so I can find out what happened to the package but they just refuse to give it to me, this is so strange. I just don't understand. Read the conversation on their F.B. page, I know I'm a bit rude but I've lost my patients.

Yes go to facebook and see his review along with the shipping info for not one but two shipments to him. Also know that paypal ruled against him as his shipments were sent.

Can you tell me why you refuse to send me the tracking number so I can find out where the package went you claim you sent. Ive asked for the tracking number over and over, and you either deflect or ignore. Be a stand up person and supply me a tracking number. PayPal didn't rule aganist me they want the package returned so they can process the refund but I don't have it.

If you were running your business properly you should have a tracking number for the gentlemen.

And considering the highly competitive nature of the home gardening business, I would think you would want to correct this mistake before more significant damage occurs to your reputation.

I am out of the office so I am a waiting more info. The second packages info is 9405511699000990359280. I was also told this wasn't shipped directly to you so that you could save on shipping do to you being out of the country or something along those lined

I live outside the U.S so I use a third party shipping company. In order to expedite the process I submit an invoice and tracking number to the shipping company prior to the packages arrival. I explained this to Jenn and she told me she'd email the tracking number as soon as it shipped, she never did and ignored request after request. I've never had an issue with any other company because providing a shipping number is very very simple or should be. This package was received in mid July. I have sent an email to the company to try and track it but I have no idea how long they hold packages for. It took 3 months of arguing with you to provide the tracking number. If Rasta Roy hadn't intervened I don't believe you'd have ever given it to me and I have no idea why. I will never ever do business with you again.

Iaeropost. At 305-592-5534. Contact is Sonia. Both packages were delivered per your shipping company. It was one of our employees mistakes that you did not recieve the numbers that being said you where given the print out and we are not responsible for your shipping company after usps delivered. We also shipped you free products to make up for any mistakes with the first shipment.

None of this would have been an issue if you'd have sent the tracking number to me the first 8 or 10 times I requested it. That's not a mistake that's intentional.

I just got involved with this yesterday but you are right you should have recieved the tracking # and I am sorry for this mistake. Have you been in contact with your shipping company? I had someone call them today and they verbally gave us confirmation and we are trying to get email confirmation from them.

While you are correct and a mistake was made what you did not know is he used a private shipper to complete the shipment to save money. His private shipper needed to provide final shipping info. This shipper has nothing to do with Red Frog. We found there info contacted them and got the info that it was delivered. Since this is his shipping company and the shipment was set up by him I'm not sure why he couldn't comtact them as essily as we did

you sent me the wrong tracking number!!!! That's the first order that you got wrong! The second package you say you sent would have gone out sometime end of July beginning of August. Do you have a direct email so we can stop clogging this thread.

I need to talk to you. Where did you get that tracking number from? That was an order i placed with amazon for something completely different that shipped out of florida.
