Red & Green Stems

LOL I don't know what strains you have. First welcome to RIU. Many plants will have red or purplish stems, some almost totally, some here and there. This can be caused by genetics, cold or mineral def, usually by cold or genetics. Pesently I have 3 Lady Cane phenos, one doesn't have the first trace of red in her, one is trunk only and one leaf stems totally. They are all grown in the same batch of soil and grown side by side. I suggest you just relax and enjoy at this point if your leaves look healthy then you are good to go.
