So, i heard last year, Reeferman seeds was outta buisness. The Tude shows 'out of stock' on alot of strains.
To my surprise, they also have 'coming soon' on Mendo Purps, Early Bubba Kush, Sour D Kush, African Black. Anybody know the deal??

Speedyseedz and Hempdeopt both still have his gear listed, so seems like he's still around. Never tried his stuff, but always thought the Willie Nelson looked pretty bomb!

I just got 10 of Reeferman's Bazooka Joe beans from the Attitude and 0 of 10 have germinated. It has been about 2 weeks in papertowls and I'm going to leave them there to see if maybe they will still go but I doubt it. the seeds cracked and I can see a tiny bit of white poking out but after a week of seeing this the tap root still has not left the shell. I would not recommend buying those for sure. Attitude has ignored my request for new beans so far and I am still trying to get in touch with Reeferman. If anyone has a contact for him to share that would be great. Sorry to make my first post here a negative one but it is hard to get info on this guy right now and I am worried that I ultimately pissed away my time and money.

thanks

This week i sold willie nelson, williams wonder and bazooka joe bgum.

I'm sure that I will find out from the buyers the success rate of these seeds and then i will know whether or not it is worth selling these beans.

peace

Just to follow up. I did end up tracking down reeferman at thcfarmer and his email was posted there. c scott [reeferman1andonly@gmail.com] He got back to me in less than 12 hrs if you can believe it and new beans are on the way. Apparantly the problem beans are the old stock from europe. I would not buy from attitude as they obviously have old stock and simply wont take their stuff off the shelf because "they sell souvenirs" and don't give a shit if you can germ them or not. If buying these outside of canada I would contact the seedbank and find out if the will guarantee a germ rate and if they are using fresh stock, and then ask what kind of documentation you will need to get it done. Deal with someone like speedyseedz who is part of the community here and actually gives a shit. In an underground business giving a shit is apparantly optional!! I'm sure you will be happy in the end with a good seller like him. I will report back once I get the new stock going and let you guys know what happens. Right now I am quite satisfied and as long as a get some viable seeds I will continue to be. If they are the bomb like I hope, then I will be doing the happy skippy smoker dance in a few months and life will be good!!

First I heard of somebody bad mouthing Attitude. Perhaps the germing problem is with the particular strain. I got 10 AK 48 beans from them and left them in the original package for 90 days waiting for the weather to cool down a bit prior to starting them. Busted off 7 seeds in my Aerogarden then moved to Hempy Buckets with 100% success rate and working on my 2nd harvest and 3rd batch of clones. Still got 3 seeds left in case of an emergency. Could not be more pleased with in my dealings with them. Also got a kewlish T shirt I give to my chum for a b day present.

yes, the beans are just bad but there have been many reports of reef's gear bought from attitude as being bad. I understand that they don't want to be liable for being part of an illegal grow op, but they need to pull that garbage off the shelves instead of saying "tough shit they are for souvenir only". After my 3rd or 4th email to them they finally said that I could send all the beans back to them with original packaging and they would send to reef for him to inspect and determine if I could get new ones. that is a big waste of my time and not something I was interested in doing.

Attitude has great, though expensive, shipping methods but their prices and selection isn't all that. Customer service in the regard of germination is crap and not pulling beans that they know to be crap off the site is crap... so that is why they get a thumbs down from me. I have also heard mostly good about them and most people who order get what they ordered.

Big difference in how they work and a guy like speedy who is actually monitoring this thread in an effort to help you guys out and provide quality product to his customers. I've never ordered from him so I can't say about all of that but I am impressed at this point and he will be on the short list for the next order.

I've had a number of queries as to why I have a "small" selection, the breeders I have listed are as far as I know reliable. You won't find pukka seeds/doggies nuts or sensi or greenhouse or any other seedbank I don't have confidence in.

If I have a continuation of complaints about a breeder or strain then that strain will no longer be offered for sale

from all of the reeferman seeds I sold, I haven't received one complaint about germination rates.
