Reflective material

Im planning my grow room. Im building my room out of plywood. What should I use for reflective material? (To line my plywood)

Heya.. depending upon where you are and your budget you have a few options.. Most ghetto option I've ever used is to implement the space/emergency heat blankets you can get in the camping/survival section of most big box stores, then you have good ol' mylar which is great but somewhat pricey. You always have white paint, and you can also use foylon. Mylar and Foylon will reflect 90-95% of light.. FLAT white paint will do 85-93% and SEMI-GLOSS White Paint will do 75-80%.

Reflectix is a reflective insulation. That might prove useful if the temperatures outside your grow room fluxuate greatly or could freeze your crop. It's kinda pricy. $42 for 100 sq. ft. where I live.

flat while paint or panda film are the cheapest option, with mylar and foylon being more expensive options
