Can use foil paper as reflective material I can not fine mylar anywhere or what can I use

If you're using fluoros....yes. If your using HIDs....no, it can cause hotspots and burn your plants. A better option is to use something white, preferably flat white, as it's way more reflective than tinfoil.

mylar can be found anywhere. balloons and emergency blankets are 2 things that come to mind

flat white paint is good too as jawbro stated

I have been using a black/white sided plastic it works pretty well I also use Mylar.

ive even thought the wrapper from poptarts would make an ideal reflective surface
