reflective surface for tent lining.

Hi, I just set up my first grow room. I have a 1000 watt MH and then a 1000 watt HPS to use later, hanging in the center of an 8X7 room I made with tarps, silver on the inside. My question is, I bought enough foil to line the tarps(too cheap to use mylar, plus the foil glues easily onto the tarp), is the high reflectiveness of the foil going to over amplify the lumens from the lamp? Also, should I still supplement that light with flourescents and a few LED's in the blue and red range? Thanks for your help.

Too cheap to use mylar? You can buy emergency blankets that are made of mylar for a buck or two at walmart..and they are pretty big..

You won't regret using foil but you may regret gluing it to the tarps.

PandaFilm 6mm? 10' X 25' for under 30 beans, very easy to clean, stronger than mylar. Around 90-95% reflective, and seals in light nicely.
