Reflector to ballast

what up matt
The wire you are holding is input. The ballast picture is output. look for the other slot. probably on the other side of the ballast. you should have 1 more cord. that one goes from ballast to the wall.

Thanks but regardless the same output is on the otherside of the ballast. Is there an adapter that can hookup to the reflector input then hookup to the ballast output?

what is the brand of the ballast? the input cord you have is type S which is universal. If it is a hydrofarm ballast than you will need a adapter.

I see! you need a adapter to connect hood cord to ballast. try to see if where you bought the ballast from has them. Did a quick search and couldn't find that style. most common is S fixture to hydrofarm ballast, but that one wont work for you. i'll keep a eye out for that adapter and let you know if i find it.

That looks like the same style we have in the UK.

On the male side is where your power cord would go into the wall and on the female side is where our reflectors would go into using the male end on the reflector.

Could you not just cut the end off that you have and rewire a new end to it to fit your ballast.

OR

Go back to the hydro store you got everything from and demand they give you something you can use!
