Is your res lower than your system?
If it's not you will have to pump you drian water back to your res.
Example. Have a 5 gal bucket catch your drain water, when it gets to a certain level have a pump turn on with an electric float switch to pump your water back to your res.
On off automaticaly.

Good Luck

rushed you mind sending or posting a picture? what we have now if you can see from the picture in my first post is 2 17 gallon storage totes as reservoirs. The pipes empty into a rain gutter and that drops back down into the reservoir.

i am wondering what to do for the drain water back into the res. i could have it drain into something thats small and have that pump it back into the res idk

Looks like a Super Stoner design.

I don't have any pics (sorry)

If you remote res is lower than your system, just attatch a drain pipe from your gutter to your res. and remove your 17 gallon tote. (Gravity is great)
If not you will need 2 seperate pumps. 1 from your remote res directly to your sprayers and the other in your existing res (witch will become a holding tank) to pump your nuts back to your remote res. Setup an electric float switch to turn your pump on and off as water levels rise and lower.
Hope this helps.

Good Luck.

Are you having heat issues in your reses or you just need more room and can't get at them easy?

So... is it NOT good to have your res in your room if you are using CO2?? I am newer and have just never heard of this??

not so much issue with heat. we could leave res' in the room but would need a chiller, just looking to create a bigger reservoir that i can leave unattended for more than a couple days. the 17 gal res' only last about 3-4 days or less depending on stage of plant life. plus the room outside of the sealed room is about 60* so wouldnt need to spend money on a chiller.

thanks guys, hopefully i can get something going today

i think i have an idea in mind however it would require a garden hose to somehow be connected from our 1000gph pump to a 1/2 pvc pipe. any suggestions?

edit:think i have a plan for this too, but ideas are welcome
