Hi all. Renewable Energy Systems have started to become more and more used source of power. I would love to see a main forum called Renewable Energy Systems. For people that want to start to power their household things with renewable energy and other things to.

Getting off the grid can benefit growers and 'renewable energy' is pretty much the same shit enough of the time.

When your paying $0.09+ per kw. A single DIY solar panel made from 24 DIY solar cells that produce 0.5v, 2.8w solar cells can make a solar panel roughly 67.2w, 12v, 84 amp solar cells for around $30 to build not including to make the case.

15 hours of peak power production will produce 1kw worth of power. It would take around 334 kw for the solar cell to pay for its self but the solar cells have a possible life span of around 20 to 30 years.
On average a person can produce roughly around 336w of power 5 hours of the day. 3 Days and you produced around 1kw of power. This may not seem like alot but when you store the power with solar batteries you can store around 1.4 kWh and 120 Ah for a 12v battery.

For me if I can run 1 thing on solar power only I would save around $7 to $10 per month on my power bill. Who wouldn't want to save even $5 or more per month?

check out the bergey wind generators(30kw)if you live in a breezy area these are the shit!solar is way cool also but a bergey will spin 24/7 if you have the right wind conditions.

Exactly but there's Solar, micro hydro, wind and I know a guy that rigged up a system that uses batteries, small electric motor, charge controller, car alternators to use a car stereo indoors so for all we know that can be the next renewable energy trend. He's using more then 1 alt to charge the batteries. Also the thread would be good because also some people might want to inter grade renewable energy stuff or things that will let them to produce their own power at home and want to see and know how others use their own energy grid system and how its all hooked up.

My new 40 inch Sony Bravia tv can use up to around 170 watts and around 5 amps or some thing when its not set to energy mode but when its set to energy mode it draws a little over 50 watts per hour and little more then 0.40 amps. A single 12v battery can hold 1400 KWh / 120 amp hours

Id love to see a forum like that.
I think their would denitly be a handful of people out their willing to join.
You should contruct something of the matter.
Id be happy to join and spread the word.

Thanks and I've already been using a Kill a Watt meter to see how much things draw and I might have found a few things that I'd love to run off of solar and can be ran off of solar.
