I spotted a couple of little yellow spikes (about three times thicker than a pistil) on one of my girls two days ago. I'm on day 56 of flowering and I only have 4-7 left to go. Can this plant's male parts fully develop, pop open and pollinate another female with mostly dead pistils and have enough time to produce a seed all in the span of less than a week? Something tells me It doesn't have enough time, but the paranoid side of my brain is scratching at the back of my eyes screaming, "Harvest Now!" I can't pinch them out without damaging the plant, they are buried very deep in the calyxes.

If I were you I would go a couple more days (1-8) and see how it is then. It will take a much longer time until they pop open and pollinate the female.

i donno...that's a breeder question.

i'd harvest...infertile seeds are even worse than hundreds of crappy seeds for sowing when you go for a walk.
it'd be so tempting though to wait a day or two more...heh

good luck.

Can I save the pollen sacks after harvest? Are they good for anything? I have no Idea, never seen a hermie this late in flowering, I usually kill all things with testicles.

i would def try to save some of that pollen. this is known as rodelization, or the soma method. save that pollen and impregnate next grow around week 3-4. your seeds should come out feminized.
