Replant new plants

If they’re growing well, and in a 3-4 inch pot (Dixie’s cup), 10-20 days, I normally wait till is see roots coming out the bottom, and wait a few days after that, about 4 nodes, depending on how vigorous they’re growing.

I don't think they are near ready to transplant........you may have to prop them up to prevent falling over until the root system is established.
For now, either get a better light or lower the one you have to prevent further stretching.
When you do get to the transplant stage..........bury that entire stem down to the cotyledons.
Good luck.

I will add my .02 here if you wait for the root mass to fill the pot it helps hold the soil together when you remove them from the pot. If you do it too soon then the soil will fall apart and make a mess so I try to wait till the roots have everything held together. It won’t hurt anything to transplant sooner than that just a personal preference for me. The less of a mess I make the less I have to clean up lol

You can. You can also run 18/6 or 20/4 (hours)
Thank you so much for your help.

I planted in seed starter soil. Do I add any nutrients at this time??

In soil? No. I'd wait for a bit until true leaves. You can mix a ridiculous light mix like 150ppm. I use rapid start from gh very sparingly in the beg. They don't need much nutes at this stage and they have a small food source in their cotyledons
