Reserva Privada OG Kush

I am harvesting some at the mo, Ive put some pics below. I had the scissor hash I've collected so far, about 3 hr ago, and im still very high!

Didnt expect it would turn out purple, my other two plants (slh which is pictured below, and tangerine dream) havent. Is this genetics or sensitivity to heat changes? Either way looks good, smells fab, cant wait till its cured

Is this considered the true version of OG KUSH? There are several seed companies offering their own version.

INeedWeed - Your RP og kush looks like my last batch from them. Total garbage. Not putting you down man, but that is NOT what you are supposed to get from RP. It's supposed to look more like Ryels but his isn't exactly what you should get either.

Something has changed with the OG kush line from RP. Total garbage lately. Hairy, airy garbage. I still have their OG 18 from 3 years ago and it looks nothing like the new stuff they have recently.

It's all in the grower, the OP doesn't know how to grow OG. Those plants are so stressed,no wonder it looks like shit. I can't stand when people are blaming RP for their shitty bud. You need to have a dialed room before you start blaming RP for your mistakes.

To the OP from the pictures it looks like you've been over feeding and your room has inconsistent day and night temperatures. If I have time later I will post my video of four RP OG filling out at 5x9 tent. You will be amazed what the strain can do with the right feeding schedule, co2, and temps. I'm not trying to be a dick, just trying to help you improve your garden. My first run with the OG wasn't impressive by any means, but after making a few minor adjustments the strain yielded a lot better and turned out amazing.

Sir kush - You got it half right. The OP does have a few problems but the latest batch of OG from RP has been total ass. I grow at least 2 packs a year of the #18 trying to top the one I have in my garden for the last 3 years. Nothing has come close since.

The latest batch of seeds have been terrible. Hairy, airy crap that herms after 7 weeks. I am not the only old schooler here to see this. There was a few threads on this matter a few months ago and we all had the same problems. The pics that the OP posted are almost exactly what I got from my seeds when I harvested back in January. I grew them right next to my 3 year old OG 18 clones and the difference is night and day.

My 3 year old OG 18 is lime green with hardly any hairs and looks like the kush that it should be. This crap that RP has been selling lately is bunk. Look around for a few threads going back 3 or 4 months ago and you will see what I am talking about.

i ordered 2 seeds of og kush from riserva privada back in nov/dec of 11 and i got a good seed then. Its flowering right now at 8 weeks and has golf ball size nugs and i am not a professional.

Ya it seems to be hit and miss right now. I still have a few seeds left over in my pack from December. No need to grow them out since my 3 year old mom is doing fine.

You may have the good one if you have the non hairy, golf ball nugs.

its at 8 weeks. golf ball size nugs with white hairs mostly and it has turned halfway purple with temps at around 68-70 degrees at night.
