if in the US they will see the address, recognize it as seed bank, take down your return address and pass it to the corresponding authorities.that's my guess. dangerous game.it still goes through customs so they will open it and then prosecute
when have you ever heard of a single person getting prosecuted over a few beans in the mail?
to the op, you'll be fine.. i had to mail seeds back to the tude once..my gut instinct was i should have just kept them, and i was right.. the tude claimed they never showed on their end..![]()
Had to mail back to Seedsman from US.
the Return address on the envelope doesn't have anything growing on site

So customs got the seeds and the Feds never prosecuted you? Did you use a fake return address?
yes, and yes..
the thing is, if you're sending them back to the attitude, they're based in the uk.. packages going out of our country don't go through customs until they reach the country they're going in.. us customs doesn't care about what you'r sending out of the country, only what's coming in.. so, saying all of that, if the uk customs finds them, they're not going to call the us gvt. and tell them they just found some american trying to send seeds into england..

OK you got me, why would anyone send seeds back half way round the world.I know if customs finds your package coming over here they just take them out and put a note in there. Selling seeds is legal in UK so no big deal.
I'm having to return a pack to a seedbank. What happens if customs finds it? Same thing or what?
