Returning seeds?

when have you ever heard of a single person getting prosecuted over a few beans in the mail?
to the op, you'll be fine.. i had to mail seeds back to the tude once..my gut instinct was i should have just kept them, and i was right.. the tude claimed they never showed on their end..

and if you're mailing seeds with in the us, no customs..

the Return address on the envelope doesn't have anything growing on site

you could always use a fake return addy, just make sure you put your order number inside the package so they know who it's coming from.. i'd also send them tracked, if possible..

yes, and yes..
the thing is, if you're sending them back to the attitude, they're based in the uk.. packages going out of our country don't go through customs until they reach the country they're going in.. us customs doesn't care about what you'r sending out of the country, only what's coming in.. so, saying all of that, if the uk customs finds them, they're not going to call the us gvt. and tell them they just found some american trying to send seeds into england..

and yes, right at the bottom of the customs letter it states something along the lines that no further actions will be taken, but if you think this letter was mailed in mistake, you can call the phone number below, or come down to one of our offices to dispute the claim.. neither of which, calling, or showing up at an office, are recommended..

oh, customs got a package coming to me from sannies, years ago, not the package i mailed back to the tude, that one just went mia...

i thought it went through our customs. hate being wrong but damned if i don't admit it and learn from it. and i ship international alot, i should have known this.

Was the wrong breeder. I ordered DJ short beans and received another breeder's.
I must give seedsman props on their customer service.
