first time doing a reveg. i got 2 of 3 plants to start shooting leaves for a few weeks.

PXL_20230224_154336899.jpgThe red hot cookies took a really long time to flip back and the new growth looks really weird. i did over nute a bit, so been flushing.

PXL_20230224_154331901.jpgthe melonsicle quite a few nodes of 3 leaflets. the problem is the plant structure is super stacked. it's crazy. the original plant was pretty short noded, but now it's way too stacked.

options: i take clones and hold off for another grow cycle or I just try to run it again in the flower room.

i don't know where i could cut a clone on either of them, there is hardly any stem or it looks weird. Also, i am worried the stacked one is too dense and could be trouble in flower. do i need to wait for 5 leaflet leaves before going back to flower, or am i way off from flowerig this?

I have been pulling off the old buds if it didn't look like leaves were forming. do i need to get rid of all the old bud sites?

They will change back to normal. They basicly will produce single leafs like from seed first, then 3 fingers and so on. Reveg takes some time but it incourages growth from the sides the same as topping. It's worth the wait. You can take clones of the reveg or just run it again. Try to let the plant get back to at least 3 finger leafs before cutting clones tho.

thanks. i keep getting stackes of 3 leaflets...it goes on like this for a while? from seed it was just a single node of 3 leaflet leaves. i guess i expected to be at 5 by now.

just did a reveg from my last cycle. Once you're happy with the new growth and start to see some vigor, cut down a good amount of the rolly/deformed growth. Some plants take longer to reveg than others

I raise the light up and dim it then give it 24 hour lighting , and continue to water it. Leave a couple buds on there and fan leaves and eventually the new growth comes through then it's just removing crap growth to focus more into the good growth. It will lockout for a bit in the beginning but if you promote growth on the lushest branches it will start producing normal leaves again. It takes a while!

You can take clones, flower it or both. Just let it get larger until you can cut some decent clones if that's what you want to do.

it did get a a little finicky for a week or so. the other issue was root rot. i had a 3rd one that didn't make it. it and the RHC roots didn't like having a large portion missing. flushing a lot of with peroxide water seemed to get it fixed.

Mine was a failed attempt at a solo cup comp here a ways back.
Finished it out outdoors but it got attacked by stem borer's.. very discouraging grow from go

these are sitting in my garage quarantine/overflow. so, they saw some cold temps a few times. also i had to battle bugs. my buddy gave me 2 clones of tangie jack with gnats that sit next to these. i also had some catapillars on an auto in the same tent, but it didn't spread. everything is getting neemed now
