Butter the linoleum at the entrance to his kitchen.
Superglue his laptop closed.
Duct tape the lid closed on his toilet. I mean use a whole roll of duct tape on it. Make him piss in the tub for a while.

i'll second the rotted fish or some poo in the car. something few people realize but that works well is hard boiled egg yolks. put them in something airtight and warm for a few days and you have a homemade stink bomb. however making a car stink and stealing plants are not equal to me, so you might want to follow up with some paintballs or BBs or bologna on the hood. if you really want to fuck the car up just pop the hood, smash and cut a bunch of shit and then dump tar or molasses everywhere in there, in every reservoir, every nook and cranny. then throw birdseed and dirt in there. then spit on it.

I second that - did that to a neighbour as a kid, totally fucked the engine ... everyone thought that I did it but couldn't prove it or get me to fess up.
The neighbour was later hounded out of the area as he had a liking for little kids ... seems I was a bit more observant and took action before the "grown-ups" knew what was happening.

Summer before my senior year my friends and I went on an egging spree for a few weeks on people we disliked, and I mean like 10+ guys double fisting 2 dozen egg packages, we would get in and out of there before we even knew what we did. We got caught one night in the act by a neighbor and got away but our target knew it was us, just couldn't prove it or get us to 'fess up like you. We called it off after that but it was still good times.
